The Constitution of India serves as the paramount legal document in our nation. The Constituent Assembly adopted it on November 26, 1949, and enacted it on January 26, 1950. Comprising 395 Articles and 8 Schedules, each Article underwent meticulous deliberation by the Constituent Assembly members over 11 sessions and 167 days, spanning 2 years and 11 months to construct the Constitution. Part III of the Constitution, divided into 22 parts, safeguards the Fundamental Rights of Indian citizens and, in some instances, all individuals within the territory of India. These rights are deeply rooted in the principles of equality, liberty, fraternity, and social justice, as outlined in Articles 12 to 35.

At Part III Legal Consultancy, our unwavering commitment lies in championing and protecting the fundamental human rights of every individual in accordance with the constitutional provisions. Aligned proudly with Part III of the Constitution of India, our firm bears the name Part III Legal Consultancy. Through our dedicated work within the constitutional courts and the justice system, we passionately strive to uphold these essential rights. Join us in our mission to safeguard and promote the rights of all.
